1,464 swimming spots in the Netherlands: 605 swimming lakes, 138 beaches on the coast, 75 spots on rivers, 17 outdoor pools, 248 indoor pools and 381 swimming pools. Official water-quality classification for the 2024 season: 545× excellent, 121× good, 44× sufficient and 33× poor. Dogs are allowed at 9 spots and 27 are nudist spots. Where nothing is stated we do not know — that does not mean it is forbidden. At 119 spots we predict high and low tide to the minute.
